Herbs and vegetable plants
We produce many varieties of herbs and vegetable plants in our greenhouses from seedlings and cuttings. They are sold in different formats (flats and 3.5 ”, 4 ”, 5.5 ”, 1 and 2 gallon pots), in mixed assortments of six (cherry tomatoes, peppers, peppers), and in edible planters.
More than 80 varieties of vegetables including 21 tomatoes / cherry tomatoes and 13 peppers (sweet and hot), in addition to: asparagus, eggplant, Swiss chard, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, cucumber, pumpkin, squash, kale, lettuce, melon, leek, arugula, zucchini.
About thirty varieties of herbs (basil Amazel, lemon, Eleonara, Genovese, Big Leaf, Thai, wild magic, catnip, chives and chives with garlic, lemongrass, coriander, Vietnamese coriander, tarragon, lavender, marjoram, lemon balm, peppermint and chocolate mint, oregano and variegated oregano, rosemary, savory, sage, variegated sage and pineapple sage, stevia, thyme, lemon thyme).
Several novelties in 2019 including: Amaranthus ‘Golden Giant’, eggplant ‘Rotonda Bianca Sfumata Di Rosa’, Swiss chard ‘Rainbow Mix’, Chinese cabbages ‘Jazz’, cauliflower ‘romanesco Orbit’ and ‘grafitti’, squash ‘Canada Crookneck’, ‘Oka’ melon (cantaloup), ‘Ring of Fire’ cayenne pepper; ‘Brad’s Atomic’, ‘Chocolate Sprinkles’, ‘Red Pearl’, ‘Yellow Pear Shaped’ cherry tomatoes; Toy Choi ‘Pak Choi’.
