Autumn “Mums”
In 2019, we are proud to offer our first local production of autumn chrysanthemums (‘Mums’). We offer 12 varieties of different color : mid-season (Radiant Red, Orange Zest, Key Lime, Celestial White, Gold Cup Yellow), late (Paradiso White, Copper Coin Bronze) and very late (Avalon Purple, Avalon Red, Twilight Bronze, Jazzberry Pink, Gold Ball Yellow).
Spring Bulbs (to plant in the fall)
For the 2nd year, we offer Spring bulbs to plant in the fall from our supply Van Noort Bulb Co. Many varieties of Tulips (Crispion Sweet, Peppermint Stick, Averyon, Foxy Foxtrot, Ronaldo, Strong Love, Yellow Wave, Miami Sunset, Double Peony Harbour Light); Narcissis (Dutch Master, Delnashaugh, Wave, Lemon Beauty, Mondragon, Tête à tête Bouclé, Falconette, Rip Van Winkle Tops); Crocus (Tricolor, Orange Monarch, Crocus Mix, Zonatus-fall crocus); Alliums (Rosy Dream, Gracefull Beauty, Purple Sensation, Double Bubble Mix, Allium Mix); Chionodoxa Forsbesii, Fritillaria Michallowsky, Muscari Neglectum, Scilla Campanulata Mix. You wouldn’t want to miss : Red Tulips ‘Canadian Liberator’ honoring the 75th anniversary of Europe liberation (profits go to the Canadian Legion).
Garlic seed (to plant in the fall)
For the 2nd year, we are proud to offer Garlic Seeds from the local producers Ail Mayo Hill Garlic : mild ( Khabar, Siberian, Portuguese), medium (French Rocambole), strong (Spanish Roja, Leningrad, Yougoslave, Russian Red, Fish Lake 3). Garlic is planted in the fall for an harvest the following summer. It is possible to participate in a workshop on garlic cultivation, to know more consult the event on our Facebook page.
